Not a fan of anesthetic but surgery required it. Two days after I’m still not 100% but much better n was treated very well n respectfully.
Hopefully that problem had its final solution n is finished! Turning that chapter over to Creator n grateful for technology n training of the pros! Finally shaking the lady of it from my body! Yesterday I had yo overextend myself due to Life on Life’s terms. But I had a decent little supper and a great, great sleep! Super meditation this am n my home group today where I chaired. Did some fantastic art today with. Native Brother in the Program where we painted our faces n hands n painted the canvas with our bodies! Amazing! So raw! Our Sober journey n our pain n Healing Path!
