I recently went on a backpacking trip and on that trip I committed to making healthy overnight oats and mason jar salads for my work meals. I finally did it today and it felt great! I still had chocolate and coffee but baby steps right!

Nice. I bought a Ninja blender like a year ago. Planned to start making smoothies for lunch daily. Never did until like a month ago. Been making them often now. Great feeling
I felt that alcohol was holding me back from being as healthy as I could be. Trying to be kind to myself for the first few months but moving in the direction of health slowly!
