Health tips to lose weight

OK so here it is I cannot stand working out. I hate it. I also don’t like vegetables and fruit or anything healthy food wise…Since I quit using I have no desire to use but I can’t stop eating sugar and junk food help! Suggestions???

Yeah… there is no good way to lose the weight without doing most of what you stated you hate. Gotta work out, change your diet, and be more active. The sugar cravings will lessen with time. Your body is used to having that much sugar because of the alcohol. So as your body adjusts it will be less and less.
