at our office just north of Boston this week. I don’t want to get into non alcoholic beer just yet, but was happy to see that more options are available.
Still has alcohol. All non alcoholic drinks have alcohol in then. Don’t make sense drinking stuff you used to get drunk on thinking it’s cool to drink it still “without” alcohol. Read the ingredients.
Maegen! That’s so cool Heineken 0.0 is actually one of the few NA beers out there right now that truly has no alcohol. But definitely meet yourself where you’re at. Some can find NA beverages, even ones with zero alcohol, triggering. That’s awesome that you are so aware of yourself and your needs at this time!
Sorry if I went judgmental there. I’m in camp that water, sprite, coke etc. are just fine. Not into being reminded of my drinking days by tasting things that bring back those thoughts of using. To each there own. If you ok with drinking things that remind you of your using days then good for you. Just not me.
For me the easiest part of quitting alcohol is putting down the drinks. The hardest part is finding true happiness without it. Attempts to substitute it just prolong the process of rebuilding a lifestyle that is truly happy without harmful escape mechanisms.
I really enjoy most of the 0.0 sparkling seltzers. La Croix Key Lime is a favorite. When I was in Ipswich this summer I had a Polar Ginger Lime 0.0 that was really refreshing. Like a non alcoholic Truly.

(Don’t do it )!!!!! .it may set you off on drinking again.you will have to start all over again.don’t take a chance.please be safe. Aa
Ok, that was a great joke! Bravo!
