Most people in my life were based around drinking, now I also have no one. But we’re living 
Get to a meeting. In person, zoom, AA, anything. We have all tried to white knuckle it and do it on our own. The help is there. Just need to reach a hand up and sit at the tables.
Great job on admitting help. If you continue to reach out/engage with others on Loosid you'll have a community of people ready to help.
If you don't want to drink, you don't have to. You have made a great choice.
