Today I said hello to a 100 people. I hiked 11 miles in west Sedona, Arizona. Was one of the most beautiful experience I’ve had this year! The people out on the trails were beautiful! Full of life! I said hello to one couple and it lead to a blissfully beautiful conversation. Enjoy your Hellos my sober friends! It’s this simple act that gets us outside of ourselves.

I just left a beautiful AA meeting here in Sedona!
So far it’s a blast! And very spiritual. I can feel this omnipresent of my higher power.
