Hello I’m 32 days in and it really feels great n energetic mind opening not feeling tiredness and my skin does look like it’s glowing the way they say after a month your skin starts to glow and I can see it now plus I’m going gym everyday almost. This probably the only time in 25 years I’ve been clean for this long as I could remember and I’m just doing it by keeping my mind strong and not going to no AA and they do help a lot but just wanted to challenge my self for my family n I’m great to be here with lotta amazing people on this app and I hope to keep it pushing without negative thinking
