Hello. I’ve been secretly relapsing and don’t know why. Not a lot. I only let myself by a couple mini vodkas at a time, but it’s scary. I’m afraid it’s getting a little worse every time. I don’t have anyone to share these feelings, so here I am.

Well, not a secret any longer. Secrets get us high. You doing the right thing letting others know. Now if you can, get to a meeting, raise your hand. Give up that secret. Let others help you. This is a WE program. Me gets high, we don’t.
