You just took the first and most important step. Saying "I need help" is one of the last things anyone wants to do. Have you tried getting sober before?
Sober for year and day August 2015-16

That is quite an accomplishment. Take the lessons you learned during that time, and couple them with a program. The key to long term sobriety is connecting to a support system. Have you looked into one of the sobriety programs?

Started drinking at 15(not everyday) and stopped recently. Entered inpatient and have been sober for 110+ days. Best decision Ive ever made and do not miss it one bit. It was not easy in the beginning and i would be lf i said I wanted to give up…..but i didnt and still sober.
