Hello my name is Cheryl lv been sober from drugs will be 3 months June the 3rd. Struggling with depression and anxiety right now hasn't been this bad in a long time. Im desperately trying to get back on my regular meds but without a doctor proving to be very difficult. But one day at a time right. Im 65 and not going down this road again ever. Hope ya all having a great day and fighting the fight.

3 months is a big deal, Cheryl. You’re unstoppable. Depression and anxiety don’t get the final word, you do. Keep fighting for your peace, you’re worth it.
