Hello. This is my first day on this app. My date is 6/30/2022. I’m really discouraged with some things going on and am testing today to see if I’m positive or negative for the Rona. Have serious stuff going on in my family right now.

Congrats on the 9 days! take a breath. If you have Rona, there is nothing you can do… don’t react until you know for sure. As far as the family stuff, just take it as it comes. I hope you find the peace you are looking for.
Read page 417 in the 4th edition big book. If you have to, get on a zoom meeting.
