If you have to seek medical attention. You walk in that door they will help you. If you're not in medical need, try to breathe deeply and slowly. You only have to get through the next hour without a drink. Find something to organize or do, get that hour out of the way, and then look to the next. As soon as you can get to an AA meeting, even if it's not for you, you will be safe for an hour or two, repeat and don't drink, prayers are with you.
