Help, suggestions to break my 4 cooler a day habit.

I suggest going to an in person meeting. When asked of there is anyone that is new to the meeting, raise your hand, and ask for help.
It has worked for me, 15 years later, one step at a time.
Breaking that habit might not be easy, but it’s 100% possible. Maybe start by cutting back a little at a time, swapping out a drink for something else, or setting a hard stop for the night. Have you tried changing up your routine or reaching out for extra support at a meeting?
