I believe in you both. I know you can do it. It's hard, but sobriety, freedom from addiction is SO worth it & so you are sisters. I'm praying for you both.

Can’t hurt to try. If I have one I know what happens

Have you tried attending AA meetings? That’s where I learned how to live sober one day at a time.

I have actually thought of attending.

Yes I’m always saying let’s just go have a couple of drinks! I’m for some reason no longer able to do that like I used to. One turns into many so I have to drop it all together

Thank you!!

I highly recommend it.
All I know is that I only planned to have a few drinks to relax. But I inevitably overshot the mark and ended up smashed.
I was baffled. I went to A.A. and I did 90 meetings in 90 days. Changed my life for the better.

I’m glad to hear that was helpful. I hope you try it. It’s a good life in sobriety

Acknowledging the pattern is a huge step. It’s not easy, but every time you try, you learn more about what it takes to succeed. You’re ready, and you’re worth it.
