Day 3 fully sober and was finally able to taper past the major trouble phase 
That hill is such a pain. Can’t do that again. The whiskey will ruin me if I keep it up.

Yeah, whiskey definently ruined the relationship with my dad. And almost took me out, too. Keep your eye on the future. Look for the good and you'll find the good every where you go

Been there and that’s right it is not fun. Day three is going to turn into 365 days and you will look back and be so grateful you didn’t give up, keep going!
