Well I went on a two day binge. It was bad. I felt horrible all day. Constantly sick all day. That’s what I get for being dumb. I’m gonna try this again. I don’t want to give up. Have to keep trying.
Been there more times then I can count, sick and sweating the booze out. Crying uncontrollably with guilt. Just hydrate and try to eat something, sleep it off then reach out asap to who you can to help start over. Cause you will have to start over, it’s ok…. Everything will be ok.
Thank you for your kind words. I definitely went through all those emotions today. I just now finally managed to eat a full meal. I’m feeling a little better.
Good, sobering up from a binge is very painful. Please reach out asap to who you can for support. Prayers and strength .
You can do it I got faith in you
Will do!
Thank you!
You’ve got this!!! We’re behind you 100%.
You can do this but it’s easier with help. If you haven’t checked any out, there are several good recovery groups out there.
Sorry to hear you going through what your going through. Have you had enough pain? Not until I had enough and surrendered did I string some sober time together. Glad your on here talking about it.
That is all you can do and no your not dumb. Just get back up and give it another whirl.
Good on you for continuing to fight. If you keep moving forward you will succeed.
Binges are the worst … remember it will get better … I relapsed too but we need to fight on … we are here for you !!
Thank you all so much!! I woke up feeling good today. Trying my best to stay positive seriously y’all are so sweet.
Keep freaking going
Your very courageous for being transparent. Amen
Yes you do
I hope you feel better soon
That’s the right attitude. Forgive yourself and start over!
Maybe get yourself to a few meeting each week.
Stop fücking around and get your a$$ to meetings. Get some phone numbers at the meeting and start reaching out to the people near you. Do you want to keep repeating this? Come on now, there is help. You obviously can't do it alone, almost nobody can. Reach out for help before this happens instead of feeling guilt afterwards.
