Hey - do any of you use a recovery routine to help you stay focused each day and if you do, what type of an approach, app, method, or program do you use?
“Sober time” app-it just keeps track of Time i.e. years, days I’m hours etc.… You can also add what you might’ve spent to keep track of how much you might be saving… It also gives you a daily thing. Just some food for thought I’m trying to figure out how to send you a picture of the app. Best of luck bud
