Hey everyone, Sherri here. I'm new to this group. I've been sober through God's love and Grace and with the help of A.A. since 1/1/1990. Obviously, my top thing I'm grateful for is my sobriety because without that I have nothing anyway. I'm also truly grateful that I have been able to repair some of the damage I caused to my family relationships while drinking. I worked really hard at becoming a functioning, trust worthy member of society and my family. I'm now full time care giver for my elderly Mom and am filled with gratitude that I can be available to help her out. This is part of my living amends to her because she deserved a better daughter than I was before sobriety. Now trying my best to live life on life's terms.

Glad you're here! Congratulations that's amazing
Sherri thank you for sharing! I’m my mom’s caregiver too. Such a blessing to be sober and to be living in service. To me service is love in action. No better place to be
