First, I’m proud of you. Going to treatment is a big step, and it shows you chose yourself. That matters. Now that you’re home, protect your peace. You don’t owe anyone an apology for taking care of yourself. Sometimes stepping away is exactly what keeps us alive and moving forward. Welcome back! One day at a time still works.
