Hey family. I became a member of The Phoenix today. It’s a sober gym. There’s in person classes in some states, online classes, and on demand classes. I’m lucky, there are 3 gyms within 20 minutes from house. I did an on demand class tonight. It was cool. Check it out. There’s an audio story w the founder Scott and MJ available for you to listen. Let’s do this!!

Thanks Tori. I try to find things to do besides meetings. I don’t have any sober friends. Try the on demand classes. There’s some meditation classes that are only like 10 minutes.
