Hey friends! I completed my 4th and 5th steps this past weekend. Wow I feel so light and a deep sense of peace! What are some of feelings you felt if you have done them in AA? I really love this online community just as much as my home group.

Congrats Dana! It yours if you want it, keep at it.
Right after I did 4/5 I went through a two week dry drunk. The feelings and stirring up all the old sh!t from my past was hard for me. But with the help of my sponsor and my best friend, I got through it and felt relief.
