Hey, ladies and gentlemen, it's the holidays again and for those of us that are in recovery. This is a hard time for us, because usually we're not with our families and they're at the table waiting on us most times we don't make it because we're too busy trying to find that high or we have found that high and we are shamed to go around them because we know what they're going to say or how they're going to act This time of year is really, really the tough time. For relapses and a lot of people will go back out because they are holding on to a lot of pain, but I'm gonna tell you it is easier staying clean than having to get clean again if you keep this in your mind and keep people like me on your wish list. So when ever you feel like an itch is about to happen, we're here, even if we're with our families, because we've gone through this and we know how hard it is for others who are just starting out. I'm telling you, you're not alone, not during this time of the year or any other time of the year, but especially this time.
