Hey Loosid Family 👋 I’ve been noticing a lot people are

Hey Loosid Family

I’ve been noticing a lot people are in those tough first 30 - 90 days right now. If that’s you, first off, congratulations! 🫶

I’m curious: What’s been helping you get through? Even the small stuff counts, a certain time of day that feels easier, a person you text, a way you distract yourself when cravings hit, anything.

And if you’ve already made it past those first 30 days: What’s one thing you wish someone had told you back then? What actually helped?
No perfect answers needed here.

Drop your thoughts, we’re all learning from each other.

This beautiful Loosid community has been helping me get through early recovery :white_heart::white_heart::white_heart::pray:t2::pray:t2::pray:t2::muscle:t2::muscle:t2::muscle:t2:

Something that helped to pass the 30, 90 day threshold and so on is someone encouraging me. More than anything remembering my gut feeling that told me what I was doing was wrong every time I would smoke or drink, then building the conviction that I am treating my body so poorly that it reflects how terribly I allow others to treat me and how terribly I would treat others
