Hey my name is Jared. Thought I would try this out. Not a huge fan of going to AA meetings. I think it's the religious aspect. Just having a tough day , so I figured I would check in. I had a situation where I ended up losing my job and my health insurance. I wasn't able to get my meds anymore. Which eventually led to me picking the bottle back up. Well I ended up in psych ward. I've been doing my best to stay clean and I did relapse once. It just became a grandfather too. Anyway, currently pacing in the overthinking having a little anxiety attack. I thought maybe typing about it would help.
