Get a book. Start reading something you are interested in. Work out or take walks. I found boxing classes really work well for relaxation and mental health. Dopamine rush

Chug water, clean, organize, get my steps in. It helps.

I am trying to find new things myself it can be a struggle sometimes

These are all great suggestions,, but don’t forget to ask your high power to help as well,, meditation is great
