Hi all, has anyone tried sober dating on this app? I’ve been in recovery for a while and ready to meet someone but not sure if I’m ready for “online apps”.
Just want to get thoughts on this.

I’m taken so I don’t t use it but I’ve read many posts that the dating app on here is

Based on my experience "online apps" are a slippery slope. Be very careful if you do it.

I tried once, maybe a year, into my sobriety. It just wasn't for me, persay. Couldn't get off of it. As in, I couldn't actually seem to meet anyone. I probably just wasn't ready. If you're thinking about it you can always try it and delete it if it's not for you. I would say also stay accountable. As in check in with accountability.

I can relate to your feeling. I'm on it and have made 1 connection. It's clunky to say the least, but I've been out of the dating pool for well over a decade
