Hi all, I'm new to the community I'm getting close to being one year sober from alcohol and have decided it's time for me to quit cannabis as well now. Being completely sober with nothing to alter the mind seems impossible but I know that it's not. Just looking for some extra support
Me to, I'm gonna give it a few months and if I like the results I'll keep it that way, but good on you... I believe in you
Baby steps, progress not perfection. Good for you
Keep pushing thru. Girl you got this!
Congratulations on your sobriety
You can do it! One Day At A Time
Congrats!
I feel like Ive spoken to you before on a different app awhile back
Good luck on the cannabis and congratulations on alcohol
There are meds that can support you. I honestly thought I could never quit cannabis. My doctor gave me a prescription for gabapentin. Im just over 3 weeks sober from both alcohol and cannabis. To be honest, I had a VERY bad bout of CHS so that was a huge motivation to quit.
1 year from alcohol is huge ! Itβs normal for it to feel impossible in the beginning but you already know, it can be done, you got this!
Stay strong and keep moving forward. Proud of you. Im about to hit 15 months sobriety over alcohol.
