Thank you, typical day!

You got to work some type of program. It sucks realizing you have to put time and effort into staying sober but what’s the alternative?

Meeeeetingsss!!! They are what truly saved my life. Everyone there shares a common bond: addiction. And it’s the only thing that’s stronger than addiction itself. Surround yourself with others in recovery. They will love you until you love yourself. You are doing an amazing thing by getting sober, and it’s not easy. I am rooting for you and proud of you!

It does, I don’t know what to say

This is not responding to the correct people and I need y’all. I’m sorry :disappointed: I’ll figure it out.

I’m used to Atari and sega! I’m sorry I’m trying to have a network of like people! I didn’t have google growing up, I had to go to the library. We had to check out cards with stamps on them so as I maintain my recovery please be patient with me and technology.

What about online meetings?

I don’t do online. Would you like text?

I only do online meetings because I had an alcoholic related seizure as I tried to quit cold turkey. I was doing 70 on the highway and had the seizure and totaled my car so I don’t have transportation to an in-person meeting. I’m very grateful I’m alive, sober and the only injuries I had was cuts, burns and bruises.

Your higher power is always with you!
