Hi everyone, I’m wondering if you’ve experienced the same technical issues in here as I have. My chats are pretty much useless these days because I try to go into a thread and the screen will completely black out and I can’t use the app again until I close it out and go back in. I haven’t been able to chat with several people on here who have been great supports to me and I am very discouraged by it. Every time I reach out to Loosid Support about this issue (several times for months now), they tell me “our team is working on it.”

Hi Valerie! Good to see you’re still here! I’ve had similar issues for days at a time. The tech support is certainly lacking. Sorry you’re having these issues

Yes it glitches like that sometimes…
Also, try going to the person’s profile first. I have found that I can bypass the issue and send a message from that screen (if you’re already friends)

Yes, I'm experiencing the same thing.
If call customer support and ask for a credit the point is to be able to lean on each other for support I mean they are charging us 50 something a month call them and demand a bill credit or a month of service
