Hi everyone so went to first A.A meeting not knowing what to expect thanks to all that reached out here and gave me advice.I must say before I walked in door people greeted me made me feel at ease it was a great feeling.I went in sat and listened saw myself in everyone story I heard and the meeting was focused on resentment and I have a whole lot of that I raised my hand to speak did not think I would but after hearing everyone it gave me courage to speak and did I and it felt good.I will be attending again Wednesday.Thankyou all for your encouragement…

Always hear something in oneself in meetings. Why wait till Wednesday? Getting plugged into recovery with those like yourself is the best medicine to stay sober. Glad you had a good experience. Only gets better.
