I live in Chicago and was sober for a year before I went on vacation and had that drink
Welcome Ana. There are people like you here, so we know the feelings that are spiraling around you right now. You're doing the right thing of reaching out! Do you have a support group to reach out to in your neighborhood?
Don't forget your sober streaks. It shows you that you can do it again. We just have to want it enough.
Hello Ana. My hope for you is that you've hit a bottom so bad that you have the gift of desperation and will try a simple program for complex people.
It works for a guy like me if I work it.
