Wow! I’m just coming up on 3 months. What do you do that keeps you sober? Meetings? Sponsor? Steps? Or some other way?

I did IOP and after that I was able to stay sober on my own. Social media also helps me

IHOP helps you stay sober? I mean their pancakes are pretty good but it’s just surprising. Guess I can’t knock it till I try it. So how many pancakes do I need to start with, short stack tall stack, should I stay away from stacks since I’m new to the PP (Pancake Program) Do they gotta be fruity ones with like bananas and shit like that? What if maybe it’s just the atmosphere at IHOP could I bring my own pancakes to save some money or is there a policy banning BYOP? Man so many questions….. I hope you laughed at least a little bit :pinching_hand:
