I have just over 5 years sober. My secret lol, I change everything. I went to meetings every day, I made friends with women who are sober. I did what they suggested. I always remember, I don’t ever have to drink. I had to find tools to help me navigate sobriety. It hasn’t been all sunshine and butterflies that’s for sure but here I am💜
