Hi! Im new to this app. I have a year of recovery under my belt but im really struggling today. I just need friends who understand. Someone I can talk to.. its a lonely journey and relapsing can’t be an option🥺

Saturdays can be rough if you used to go out to social engagements and drink or what have you. It's been a year for me in October and I'm ancy tonight too bc I know some old drinking buddies are in town 🤷. You aren't alone

Im not yet sober and just wanted to remind you things are real bad on this side. It aint fun at all. Play that tape to the end. Only darkness on this side. A year! That’s amazing. Dont let that addiction creep in. Just take 1 more day. Stay strong
