First day back on my sobriety, my detox was really rough but, just maybe the last hour or so I've started to feel positive about recovery again. I'm looking forward to spending time with family later and getting out of the house for a little bit because it's been 3 days of complete terror.
I'm happy that I was recommended this app and look forward to using it frequently.

Another day down and feeling good. Finally got my appetite back last night and have been ravenous since lol. Feeling happy in knowing I am sober
