Hi, my name is Eric,
I'm new to this platform. wanted to check it out and see what it’s all about. I'm also a volunteer for a sober community called The Phoenix. If anybody is interested, they should check it out. It has help me tremendously. I am coming up on 11 years sober in August if anybody has any questions, feel free to reach out.

Hi Morgan, The Phoenix is a nonprofit sober community that is all over the country. They offer free events online and in person it is a great place to meet sober like minded people there only rule for membership is that you are at least 48 hours sober they help with all addiction whatever it may be there is no pressure no one pushes a sponsor on you. it is a great place. To meet people who do not want to use. I have attended several events.‘s and now I'm a volunteer.

Sure no problem. I used to go AA sure I was told years ago when I went that I would fail without a sponsor. I quit smoking cigarettes and alcohol at the same time almost 3 packs a day, and a very expensive drinking habit. I didn’t like how they were trying to push a sponsor on me. I did not find out about The Phoenix until about six months ago. You should check it out. The great thing is it’s free.

Hi Carrie, that’s awesome! The Phoenix is a great community to be involved with. Everyone is super friendly, non-judgmental. it is a great platform to meet sober, like-minded people. You have the option of in person, and/or attend, live stream events. For me personally, I was in search of finding other people that were sober. Feel free to reach out if you would like to know more. that goes for anyone. I’m always willing to share or help in any way I can.
