Hi my name is Frederick pinette i would say im 7 weeks clean of crack cocaine and i am proud of my self and looking at things why was hard with my self and thought about my grand parent they were always simple minded i am proud ti be native and my ancestors had so much love peace and joy when they were in nutshim they survived by healthy life style by hunting and had so much respect love peace and joy i lost everything my house hold my children and now i have to gain back what i lost and im really grateful where i am at right no so many times ill been offer and im capable to say no to drug remnd my self where i was when i was using about program is to forgive youself and accepting your past in order for you to move on and now i am happy where i am at peace out gn
