Hi my name is Jack. I am an alcoholic. I must continue to remind myself I am indeed and alcoholic. I find my addiction will try to convince me that I can have a few beers or a glass of wine like a normal person. Happy to wake up sober and no hangover today!

Absolutely the same man. My disease is constantly is with me, trying to sneak up on me when I’m feeling weak and telling me I can have one drink.. No shot!
I don’t miss the nights of regret, hangovers and thinking of missed opportunities. I feel great sober and we are both way better off without alcohol in our lives!
