Came across this book after completing a 7day plan on the “YouVersion Bible App” by the same Author…it’s FANTASTIC for Christians struggling with Addiction (Non Christians too) it’s a 90 day plan just TEN minutes a day reading his short story and how it applies to the mentioned scriptures and addiction(he was a heavy alcoholic for 15 years)…also an interactive book writing a small prayer then initialing and dating to commit to sobriety for the next 24 hours…one day at a time..it’s really an amazing book and tool and is helping me a lot…it’s only $15 on Amazon…hope this helps someone out there…
