Highs and Lows

I think I have highs and lows, anyone have trios to smooth them out?

They were better before, and I'm new again to sobriety so I'm sure that's a huge part of it (so glad to be sober!)

Just curious on common practices.

The meditations here have been very helpful.

It's related to meditation, I just look at the low feeling and wait for it to pass. I don't touch it, just watch and see what it does and how. It gives me insight into my tricksy mind.

100%? Of course not. But it does give some growth each time.
