Dont really have a plan for today aside from trying to keep it above the triangular threshold but its not always easy without the day to day life being present and available to have as supportive material but that wont stop me feom trying.

It's simple...
God I offer myself to thee (in other words you surrender yourself). To build with and do with me as thou will. Take away my difficulties so that victory will bear witness to those that I will help.of thy power, thy love and thy way of life. May I do your will, NOT MINE, always.
Try that and see what happens.
On the other hand if you want to make God laugh. You tell him what your plans are for the day. Let us know how that works.
Stay busy no matter what. Boredom can be a trigger. Organzize your hat collection, shoes, closet, do laundry, take a walk, look into going to a dog rescue to exercise the dogs. Something, anything. Keep moving.it doesn't have to be big but it does have to be movement. And then when you find what moves you don't stop. All the best.
