Hobbies in Recovery

I have a few main hobbies that I find even when I’m having a bad day can lift my spirits. Reading is one of them, when I’m having a stressful or bad day sitting down with a good book for even just an hour can help turn my mood around.

I think it’s good to have things in your life that you know make you happy and that you can help turn that day into a good one.
