My word just started a new job and wow there expection of you in three days working is wow i havent had a one on one training yet and im all ready being signaled out no wonder people no like work lol my goodness im holding it all together and hoping for the best and im not going to be feeling like i can't cause i can

When I feel overwhelmed I take a moment and pray. Sometimes it was at my desk, sometimes in the car, sometimes in the can. My Higher Power can hear me, everywhere (including beyond the flushes).
Pausing for a moment allows me to center myself, be of service (even at work) and do the next right thing. I was told if I listen, the answer is
Yes
No, or
Wait
