Arielle, make 90 days of continuous sobriety….then do the same thing again…go to meetings get a sponsor if you dont have one already…..become amazing….Keith Kayle

You understand it by now. One day at a time. That part will never change. At 90 days...learn something. Read a daily reminder book of some sort. Still don't make any major changes for the first year.
