Slow progress is better than no progress! Whats important is you picked yourself up, dusted yourself off, and started over again 
:boom:. Nobody gets far down the recovery road the first time or two around. Some people it takes months of consistent trying and other people like myself it takes (took) years of on&off trying before finally getting enough willpower 
Plus youre on here, and youre acknowledging that you need more support from now on! Stay positive sara, its not easy but its worth it
