how are you all today? day 47. i’m not doing so good but working through it. my doctor put me on vraylar and cymbalta. i’ve been on cymbalta before but noticed no different but this time it gives me energy. i feel so depressed. anyway here’s a pic of me in the cold this morning

I'm good it's nothing compared to what ur going through in fact I feel like a qick for complaining, I mainly read ur posts not to support u (I do) but for inspiration u have great determination and that's admirable...
And I like ur pics 
I've been on every med and vraylar made tired. I'd take constant naps throughout the day. I would have to take brakes when driving like 20 minutes. So if you get any effect then stop and tell your doc.
You must be stronger than you realize!! You have made a lot of progress pat yourself on the back maybe that will help you as well as making a gratitude list good luck & keep trying

I’m doin the same, I’m almost to my 3rd week, very depressed. Feel like giving up sometimes.
Glad you’re working through it ! Kinda same, not doing great but I’m ok. I’m on lexapro but I think I need something else
Wellbutrin has helped me. I've been prescribed 4 others meds for depression/anxiety over the years. None have helped at all. The Wellbutrin seems to, I have been on it for almost a year now.

Aye Luna, can’t say I’m familiar with the meds you speak of. Best I can say is just let your doctor know that your feeling depressed. Maybe the combo of the two is bringing it about. Just a thought

Gotcha. Good you told him. Perhaps it’s just one of those days. Idk about you but I’ve noticed my moods change with the change of seasons. Would you say you experience the same effect ?
Cymbalta didnt work for me but getting off of it was a nightmare. Four weeks of basically detoxing from it and i felt horrible. They definitely did not warn me that going off it would be so bad
