I’m currently drinking lemon ginger tea in the mornings. I boil whole lemons and ginger in water and drink it hot.
I mix beets, blue berries, apples, lemon, ginger in a juicer
I am also drinking dandelion tea with dandelion root and loose leaves- I learned it does wonders for kidneys and liver.
I eat mostly healthy and in the gym a lot.
