I don't know that that is even a thing. It might be. But if you could find a home group near you and find a sponsor there that's ideal I suppose.

Thanks to zoom people are connecting from all over. I sponsor women in different states and honestly I find it's easier to do over the phone/FaceTime. That being said, being able to meet up in person is a different kind of bond.

Miguel i know it sounds easier to find someone to sponsor you online but you'd benefit so much more from finding someone at an in person meeting. Try going to a few live meetings and just listening to what the people say. Find a guy who says something you relate to and you'll be on your way. We all know its hard but you'll get so much more than you even realize. Good luck!

I don’t go to AA meetings, but another 12 step. They usually will have online phone and Zoom meetings. Afterwords they have fellowship, that’s when you could ask for a sponsor or thru the Zoom chat. You can leave your info.
