How can someone be your biggest supporter, your cheerleader, believe in you, then poof that is all gone in the blink of an eye? All while you are at your lowest point.

I find that people think of me like I am just like them, the good and the bad. You can utilize this glitch to understand where they're coming from. It saves me a lot of time and energy.

Sadly, the people we hold the closest can be the ones we lose the easiest when we’re battling our demons. It doesn’t mean that they don’t care for you but maybe what you’re going through is just too much for them to handle. It does get easier as time goes on though, and the people who have continued to stick by your side are the ones that you need to value the most. No matter what though you are strong and will get through it!

I know that kind of loss stings deep. When someone bails while you’re barely hanging on, it leaves a hole. But their absence doesn’t mean you’re unworthy. Keep showing up for you. That’s the real comeback.
