How do i start my 12 steps i been Goin to meetings but haven't started my steps

If you're going to meetings, you've already taken step one. Now, get a sponcer.

Go to step meetings and find a person who is working the 12 steps

  1. Find a sponsor that has solid sobriety and is willing to sponsor you and guide you through the 12 steps.
  2. Listen to your sponsor and take direction.
  3. Do your 12 steps thoroughly and to the very best of your ability.
